Spring is here although it did get
off to quite a slow start. Right
now it's taken a little step back what with the new wave of cold winds and
heavy showers but is there hope for a sizzling June, July and August?

I get the feeling that in Wales, where you are, Ryan, will be a wash out, because here, in California, USA, it is DRY.
ReplyDeleteBBQ summer - got to keep positive.
ReplyDeleteRetweeted you too @ericahughes
ReplyDeletesadly I think "total washout " again this year. I love to be proved wrong though.
ReplyDeleteBBQ summer - after two fairly poor growing years for us, I'm keeping fingers crossed for sunshine with just a smattering of rain to water the crops!
ReplyDeleteNow wouldn't that be lovely?!
DeleteTotal washout?
ReplyDeleteBBQ summer- I hope.
ReplyDeletei have a feeling for a BBQ summer
ReplyDeleteTotal washout - will be gutted if it is though. I have an allotment and it seems like a very long time since I could sit on my bench there in the sun.
ReplyDeleteI too long for those moments and drinking my morning cuppa in the garden :)
DeleteHere's hoping that the jet stream moves just north of Scotland..........but I doubt it will - so I think it could be a total washout. The slugs will be having a party!
ReplyDeleteI am an eternal optimist and am hoping for a bbq summer.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking mini heat waves with mid week down pour days :)

Last years weather has been great for the camellias and rhododendrons and the hydrangeas [which I always hated before]were fantastic. After 2 months traveling around beautiful Indonesia with it's stinking heat what a pleasure to be back in cool fresh and green blightey.
ReplyDeleteBBQ I reckon
